Food for Thought is a multi-media project about the global food industry and gets you thinking about the systems of today and the future. Photographer and filmmaker Kadir van Lohuizen explored the world of food hidden behind our plates with co-director Doke Romeijn. Every Monday in April, you can watch one of the documentaries from this four-part series on Dutch TV network VPRO. On 13 May, we will reflect on the images in Wageningen and share insights from unexpected angles. We will marvel and wonder, and above all give space to different voices: From which lens do you look at the system? How can the system also look different in the future? And what will that require of you, me, and us together?
