The theme for WINNER 2023, the fourth edition, is 'Enhancing knowledge connectivity for regional impact'. Attendees will gather to discuss the central question of the conference: ''How can we enhance knowledge connectivity between Indonesia and The Netherlands in research and education to achieve regional impact?'' WINNER 2023 will take place from 10-12 October 2023.
