In this workshop you will explore, together with your peers, how the library can support your wellbeing and help you manage stress more effectively. Learn to use library resources creatively, reflect on your current stressors, and discover practical tools—like sEURch—to maintain a healthy academic-life balance. 

  • Participants must bring their laptops with them to be able to engage in activities.
  • The workshop series is a collaboration between the University Library and the EUR Student Wellbeing Programme.
