VOSviewer is a tool for exploring and visualising bibliometric networks. These networks can be created based on citations, co-authorships, journal authorship, and more. VOSviewer also provides text mining functionality on, for example, article abstracts, which can give a broad overview of a topic and help with finding new and related concepts for developing a literature search strategy.

During this short online demonstration, you will discover some functionalities of VOSviewer and learn more about the uses, strengths and limitations of this tool. The demonstration will take approximately 20 minutes + 10 minutes for questions. The presentation will be in English.

This online demo is the last in a series of three short introductions to text mining tools. See the workshop calendar for more details.
