UCG Workshop: How Art-Based Learning stimulates the spectator to tell a personal story
Date: 15 January 2024 @ 13:00 - 15:00
Timezone: Amsterdam
Art provides answers to urgent questions because it enables humans to disappear into 'possible worlds', where eveything can happen and where we encounter fictional characters that can tell and teach us something. Art-Based Learning (ABL) is a method of art observation where the spectator engages in a dialogue with the artwork and gradually disappears into it. A personal, meaningful relationship develops between the spectator and the artwork.
Venue: Hoendiepskade 23/24, Groningen, Learning Landscape
