Topic & Presenter:Data Stewards and other RDM professionals are not only providing RDM training and consultation - they aim to change research data related behavior, increase adoption of RDM services and tools and implement policies and standards. Therefore, they are agents of change. In this session we explore how data stewards and other RDM professionals can apply change management methods to increase adoption of RDM practices and tools and support researchers and other stakeholders in necessary behaviour changes.Antje Manske is a seasoned expert in training & change management. She has worked in management consulting for over a decade with a focus on training for software implementations and is currently training manager at Base4NFDI – a German national research data infrastructure project. She advocates for change management practices to be implemented in addition to training to foster sustainable and actionable behavior – and cultural – change.
